Cancellation Policy
Kindly, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if needing to cancel your appointment. Any appointment cancelled within the 48 hour period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of service booked. Likewise, no call no show to appointments will also be subject to a 50% fee of service booked. All appointments that are more than 15 min late will also result in a 50% fee. Fees must be paid before service can be rescheduled.
